It's that time of year in Taiwan again. SPRING SCREAM - Live music in Kenting - 3/31 t0 4/9 - running a full 10 days this year. For those of us who work, luckily the weekends this year will be jam packed with great acts, some of my favs and no doubt some surprises as well.
